It's really as easy as One, Two, Three!
Before you get here.....Step One:
Schedule your appointment to have your own trading session and read over the Trading Guidelines.
Step Two:
Take the items you want to trade and separate them by size group.
Size Groups
- Premie, NB, 0-3m and 3m
- 3-6m and 6m
- 6-9m, 6-12m and 9m
- 12m and 12-18m
- 18m and 18-24m
- 24m and 2T
- 3T
- 4T
- 5T
Step Three:
Bring ONE box per customer per trade day, no exceptions.
Once you get here....
Step One:
If you are new to trading, an account will be created for you to store your credit point balance as well as any prepaid trading fees.
Step Two:
Your items will be assigned a point value based on the category and size of the item. Larger sizes will have a higher point value, so be sure to separate your items by size.
Step Three:
Shop! All items will have a "point tag" on them for ease of shopping and checkout.
Once you're done....
Step One:
We'll add up your tags and deduct the points from your credit point balance. If you go over, you can purchase points to cover the difference.
Step Two:
The trading fee! There is a small trading fee of $5.00 per 30 minute trade session. Even if you are a return customer using points that you already had in your account, you must pay the fee. The fee must be paid in cash and cannot be taken out of your point balance. If you go over your 30 minute appointment, you will be charged an additional trade fee of $5.00.
Step Three:
Tell your friends! The more people we have using our service the more selection of clothes we'll have to offer!
